ALFRA TCT HOLE SAWS SHORT TYPE

For hand and pillar Drilling Machines are universal
cutters, suitable steels up to 2mm, unalloyed
steels up to 4mm, asbestos, glass fibre and plastics,
PVC, aluminum, zinc and gypsum plaster boards.

High concentric running exactness through solid
construction.

CAD optimized cutting angles with specially ground
section ensures high cutting capacity and long tool life.

Quick removal of drilled core through ejector spring.

Repeated re-grinding possible.

ALFRA Hole Saws and reparable. Tooth replacement
possible.

Exchangeable center drill.

ANOTHER EXCEPTIONAL FEATURE:
From Ø 15.2mm to 30mm, the hole saw is made of one piece.

From Ø 31mm we use special hardened tool holders to absorb heavy duty torsion forces and subsequently to avoid a shearing off the shank.

Please notice our tips of application:

TCT Hole Saws cannot be used with impact drilling machines !

Determine center of the hole. Set drill tip. Drill with slight pressure
until the center hole is done.

Attention:

Do not push too hard, to avoid an impact of the TCT teeth.

Once the TCT teeth touch the material drill with slight steady pressure.

Pay attention to constant rotation speed and use our coolant ALFRA3000 when drilling chrome-nickel steels or ALFRA BIO 2000 when drilling mild steel st 37.

Do not move the drilling machine in pendulum motion otherwise danger of tooth break, due to one sided stressing of the teeth. Pay attention to the given speed chart and re sharpen in time.
